Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

If the order is successfully cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Already Shipped?
If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.
However, you can initiate a return once the order is delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed automatically to the source account.
